Exterior of St. Paul’s Church             

          Photographed from the north side of the church, with a view of the front and bell tower.

Portrait of His Eminence Cardinal O’Connell     

          Archbishop of Boston at the time of the construction of St. Paul’s.  In the Foreword, Fr. Ryan writes that this booklet was prepared at the “expressed wish of His Eminence” (page 3).

Interior and Main Altar           

          A wide view of the church, without pews.  The sanctuary, main altar, side pillars, bas-relief panels, and ceiling are visible.

Painting                                                                   

          Located in the west transept.  A depiction of “the religious of the present generation” receiving a blessing from Cardinal O’Connell as they are leaving for missionary work (page 40).

Pillars and Arches               

          A closer look at the ornate pillars, arches, and panels that line the sides of the church.  Stained glass windows are also visible.

The Ninth Station of the Cross          

          Jesus falls for the third time on His way to be crucified.

St. Peter  

          A photograph of the statue of St. Peter, who is holding keys in his right hand and Scripture in his left.

          Another view of the statue of St. Peter, this time including its support, which features “the emblem of the Knight of Columbus, and the names of Cambridge Council 74 who contributed for its erection” (page 26).
